Our Initiative
01
Knowledge
Providing accessible information on risk factors, symptoms, and the importance of regular screenings, we can help overcome barriers to early detection. Community workshops and partnerships with healthcare providers will encourage open conversations about their health, enabling women to advocate for themselves and seek timely medical attention
02
Empowerment
Empowering Black women with knowledge about endometrial cancer is crucial for improving health outcomes. Using community education programs, health advocacy training, collaborating with healthcare providers and providing support groups.
03
Networking
Collaboration with healthcare providers, survivors, and community activists is needed to bring education and advocacy.
04
Awareness
Enhancing awareness within a community that has been historically overlooked and is not fully informed about a disease that impacts them disproportionately on a daily basis.
